Bill served as Branch Manager for the General Adjustment Bureau and later became a partner of Chautauqua Claims Service. He has been with NFA as a Licensed Public Adjuster since 1983 and is an expert in adjusting commercial and residential losses. He is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University.
