Al joined NFA in 1995, after serving as Claims Supervisor for the General Accident Insurance Company. Al has handled numerous complex claims from all major hurricanes since 1989 and worked with many business owners that suffered extensive damage from the 9/11 tragedy. He is a graduate of St. John Fisher College with a degree in Management.
