Gavin joined NFA in January 2019, bringing many years of past insurance experience. He worked for Nationwide Insurance on their National Catastrophe Team, until he was promoted to handle Farm and Commercial losses. He has extensive claims handling experience. Gavin graduated from Keuka College.
