Joanne joined NFA in 2011. Prior to joining NFA she was employed for 11 years as an Office Manager/HR Assistant in the commercial real estate industry. She handles special projects, including agent licensing and communications. She attended Bryant & Stratton for Accounting and completed the Society for Human Resource Management Program. Joanne was named Operations Manager in 2021.
